SCTA’s Annual Meet The Trades – A Resounding Success!
The SCTA Annual Meet The Trades Event—held on Friday, August 22, 2025, at the Holiday Inn Carlsbad—was another outstanding success, bringing together over 35 trades showcasing their products and services alongside more than 100 local and national developers, builders, general contractors, and building industry professionals.
The event floor buzzed with energy as attendees explored everything from building materials, construction products, and installation services to technology, marketing, and design solutions. This diverse mix of participants highlighted the essential role that trades play in every stage of building new communities and sustaining growth in our region.
Beyond networking, Meet The Trades fostered important conversations about the future of construction, development, and marketing. Attendees engaged in discussions about innovations in building techniques, workforce development, sustainability, and new ways to connect with homebuyers and renters.
